www.grzebeta.de started in 1996 with an experimental personal site hosted by t-online. The homepage offered
information about the author, his life and some photo books from holiday destinations aroud the globe.
The site expanded continually and in 1999
it was migrated to a different provider and hosted with its own domain www.grzebeta.de.
The author Sven Grzebeta has used this site to learn and practise various technologies and languages used on the internet, such as
HTML, JavaScript, Java and Perl. Since 1999 all changes and updates to the sites have been logged in the site history.
Later, additional content was added and now the site offers a variety of academic material, photos, links and a Java-based
vocabulary learning programme.
